“ The amount of food you get for your money is very good. Definitely my new favorite place in Napanee to dine-in. The atmosphere was very friendly with a warmth to it. I've been to this location more than 8 times now and the food does not disappoint. The staff are friendly and their new menus item The Sizzler is delicious. Lots of veggies with a steak or chicken on top. ”

“ I recently visited Chuck’s Roadhouse and tried their steak and lobster, and I have to say, it was fantastic! The steak was cooked perfectly to my preference—tender, juicy, and full of flavor. The lobster was equally impressive, fresh and buttery, pairing beautifully with the steak. Together, it was a great surf-and-turf experience. The atmosphere was relaxed and inviting, making it a nice spot to enjoy a meal. As for the customer service, it was decent—nothing extraordinary, but the staff was friendly and efficient. Overall, if you’re looking for a satisfying steak and lobster meal at a reasonable price, Chuck’s Roadhouse is definitely worth a visit! ”

“ Cheap but decent food served quickly! I was at Chucks after a long day on the water and they were great. We had a beer in our hands the second we sat down and the food came out twenty minutes after that. The wait staff was great and it was a busy Saturday rush. For the price it’s super good. It won’t be the best BBQ or surf and turf but for $20 or $30 you can’t beat it. ”

“ The restaurant was okay but the real reason I’ll be coming back it our server. She was incredible. On a Monday when things were dead, she made our food, drinks, and experience way better. The other staff seemed down, but Caleigh went above to make sure we were happy, made the best caesar we have ever had, and was just a delight! Would recommend!! Ask for Caleigh!! ”

“ Service was fine and food in general was good but I did not eat my buffalo chicken sandwich. At some point since I last visited a chucks they changed the chicken patty from real chicken breast to a processed patty. The processed patty threw the taste of the whole sandwich off and it tasted like a chicken ball from a Chinese takeout place. Not sure if this was a corporate change but the new chicken is not good. ”
